Lucas Energy, Inc. intends to keep true to its business plan – (a) acquire wells and leases, (b) put the wells back on production, (c) improve production from current intervals, (d) deepen wells or drill new laterals, and (d) develop underlying potential through joint ventures. Further, Lucas is seeking a significant increase to the size of the company either through joint ventures, internal financing, or project financings.

Other activities of the company will include:

• Increasing gross production to a target level of 1,000 BOPD in the 2010-11 fiscal year.
• Moving back into profitability with increased production.
• Continuing investor education with road shows, improved web site, and news releases.
• Improve production on 100% working interest wells through workovers.
• Improve shareholder value.
