Management

Lucas Energy, Inc. has a management team consisting of a President (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Secretary, Assistant Corporate Secretary (as necessary), and other officers and managers as may be appointed from time to time are appointed by the Board of Directors. The CFO and other officers are approved by the Board of Directors upon recommendation by the CEO. Managers, and other personnel, are hired under authority given to the CEO by the Board of Directors.
